Thursday morning session 10-11 am
The session aims to vitalise the body and mind and give the participant a balanced start of the day. We will explore yoga poses in a smooth and gentle way to work the full body. More awareness of how our body moves and functions will be brought in during the practice to support the participants during the day.
Thursday evening session 6.30-7.30 pm
The session aims to release the tension in our body accumulated during the day and let the body and mind come to a state of ease. We will practice yoga poses in a soothing and gentle way. We focus more on relaxation to bring inner calmness and a relaxed body for the evening.
Features on Practice
My yoga practice always takes the body needs in different seasons into consideration, and the poses will reflect this view. We will mainly practice yoga in a flow style in this class, and occasionally I will introduce some self-massages to enhance the practice.
