Before Bedtime Yoga is a combination of self-massage, gentle yoga pose, yogic breathing technique, meditation and relaxation to release the tension built up during the day and bring back the balance in body and mind. This practice is particularly gentle and works to help the body enter the parasympathetic mode for the evening rest. Class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and complete beginners.
